Ecrio

Communications software connecting devices, networks and services.

Ecrio develops software for device manufacturers, network operators and application developers. Its products support voice, video, messaging and push to talk services across mobile devices and network environments.

Connecting edge processing with people

Ecrio has extended its communications software into enterprise edge computing. Its framework brings local workloads together with communications services, so signals from connected devices can lead to a voice call, video session or message.

Edge communications

Local processing connects operational signals with the people who respond.

Inside a communications product

Ecrio supplies software components that developers integrate into their own applications and devices. The client software brings communications capabilities into the product, while server components support the services it connects to.

Session management, interoperability and compatibility with existing interfaces are central to the integration work.

An enterprise edge platform with Edgecore

In March 2026, Ecrio and Edgecore announced an integrated enterprise edge AI communications platform, bringing edge processing and communications into the same enterprise environment.

The platform combines Edgecore’s AI Box, powered by Qualcomm’s Dragonwing QCS6490 processor, with Ecrio’s Edge AI Communication Platform.
